I enjoy a good traditional breakfast. :)
Lite toast with butter and sprinkles of salt.
Two eggs, scrambled and lightly salted.
A nice red vine tomato cut in half slices.
A Kirby cut in four on the long side, leaning at the top end of the tomato.
A few tablespoons of sour cream.
A glass of milk sitting on a love note.
A kiss from my love.
And a Yummy hug goodbye.

That sounds very untraditional but I like the uniqueness of it all the same. I found a really good marmalade that I only treat myself to once in a while because it's also very expensive. Bonne Maman. Try it sometime. It displaced chocolate for me so you know it's as good as anything edible can get- no joke.
I also liked what you have to say about happiness. For me, I decided that people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. It's all up to us. Even Jesus said he couldn't promise happiness so it's really all up to us.
