THE BOY ON THE OTHER SIDE!

I was young,  
On top of the stool I stood and looked into the mirror, there I saw a reflection of my self.
I looked away and then looked back and still there I was,   with a smile I took one last glance and walked away.
From that day on I tried to find that young and happy boy on the other side, hoping to recognize my self, but I never saw him again.  I came across the angel of growth and met the reflection of my fall,
I saw the high mountains on the back of my palms but yet I couldn't reach it..
Last night I sat down on the stool, only to find someone on the other side, with a surprised smile I asked what he is doing on the other side?
he smiled back and paused with a long gaze... and then said,
many years ago when I was young, I had a dream of climbing the worlds highest height and oh boy I did... the journey started with opening my eyes then a deep and slow inhale, ohh that breath! it was life itself. 
Then I got up, ran outside, and jumped up to the top of the big rock right in the middle of my back yard, feeling happy that I reached the height of the world.       I made my way down only finding myself at the same place were I started.
All confused I looked around not understanding how I am standing the same like before when I already reached such heights? 
That night when I was deep in my thoughts, before I fell asleep, I heard the voice deep inside, 

CHAIM YOIL'Y...  TODAY YOU ACHIEVED GREATNESS, TODAY YOU LEARNED THAT BEING UP
HIGH IS ONLY SO AS LONG YOU STAY UP BUT COMING DOWN DOS NOT MEAN THAT YOU LOSE THE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE, IT ALL DEPENDS WHY AND HOW YOU CAME DOWN!

I smiled, took one last glance and walked away, knowing that I will never see him again on the other side but I will always see my reflection of that boy to what he become.
